We come to work each day excited at the prospect of making a positive impact on young people, helping keep them safe, enriching their lives, and providing education and life skills, which will help them and their families achieve a better future.
Our professional team are compassionate, calm and resilient with a strong understanding of the issues and challenges our young people face. They come to work to make a difference in young people’s lives.
We also support each other, we have an open and honest culture, and are always listening. Every day’s different, and we understand the challenges that can occur. We offer free access to a face-to-face staff counselling service for all staff.
Our team of incredible support workers and managers strive to engage, motivate and instil confidence and life skills within our children and young people.
