Prosperity Outreach Services provides rapid-response, trauma-informed support to vulnerable children, young people, and families across the UK. We work in partnership with local authorities, health professionals and all other professionals to deliver safe, consistent, and effective support at times of need.

We offer a wide range of specialist support services, including:
Supervised Family Contact

Observing and recording family contact sessions to ensure safety and quality interaction.

Providing transport to and from family contact where needed.
Outreach Support

Supporting children and young people through structured outreach sessions.

Activities include walking, park visits, trips to the zoo, youth clubs, shopping, and more.

Enhancing life skills and promoting positive experiences tailored to each individual’s care plan.
Emergency Duty Team Support

Out-of-hours support including safe escorts, transport, and welfare checks for children, young people, and adults.

Support for children missing from home, family intervention, and compliance with child protection or court orders.
Placement staffing solutions
- Emergency placement staffing solutions with a minimum 2:1 staffing ratio, for children with complex needs or those difficult to place.

Our support is structured, tailored, and planned to provide stability and support while longer-term solutions are arranged.
Support in Children’s Homes

Qualified, experienced staff for EBD homes, learning disability services, and specialist 1:1 or 2:1 support.

Daytime cover, waking watch, and night support.
Floating Support / Activity Weekend Services

Outdoor and recreational support for vulnerable children, young people, and adults.

Activities such as walking, fishing, canoeing, camping, or staying in holiday homes, in line with care plans.
Classroom Support

Supporting attendance and engagement in educational settings.

Assisting with transitions, routine attendance, and integration into school or training environments.
Hospital Support

Working alongside Primary Care Trusts and CAMHS to safeguard children and young people during hospital stays.

Providing observation, relationship building, report writing, and supervision.

1:1 or 2:1 staffing ratios based on risk assessments and care plans.
Home Rehabilitation Services

Supporting children and young people returning home from hospital or health facilities.

Bridging the gap with tailored 1:1 or 2:1 care, with structured support reduction plans.

Enabling smooth transitions while promoting independence and minimising long-term reliance.
Transportation Services

Safe transport to school, appointments, placements, or activities for children and young people.

Includes support for transitions between placements and assistance for those with complex needs.
Secure and Non-Secure Escorts

Secure transport with a team of trained staff, including de-escalation and physical intervention when necessary.

Court escort services and supervision, ensuring safety, compliance, and support throughout the process.

Non-secure escorts for lower-risk individuals, providing safe transport to and from agreed locations.
