We recently held our annual Easter egg decorating competition across Prosperity Children’s Services, and once again, our residential teams amazed us with their creativity, enthusiasm, and imagination. It was incredible to see colleagues from every corner of our organisation come together to celebrate this fun tradition, showcasing not just artistic flair, but the teamwork and spirit that define residential careers with Prosperity.
After much deliberation, our judges were delighted to award first place to Pluto House for their fantastic entry, “Don’t put all your eggs in one basket!” The design was fun, clever, and beautifully executed — a perfect example of the creativity and dedication that shines through our residential workforce every day.
Second place went to Vale House, whose entry impressed with its originality and attention to detail. Head Office took third place with their egg-cellent design, “Egg-sperts in Care,” showing that creativity is alive in all corners of our organisation. Neptune House earned fourth place, delighting judges with a wide variety of imaginative designs, while Pluto House secured fifth place with a superhero-themed egg titled “Superman!”
It was a joy to see so many colleagues from across our residential services and Head Office getting involved. The competition was full of laughter, colour, and community spirit, a true reflection of life in residential care and the supportive, engaging culture that makes residential careers at Prosperity so rewarding.
A huge thank you to everyone who participated. Your creativity, teamwork, and enthusiasm made this Easter extra special and highlighted the passion our staff bring to their residential roles every day. Events like this not only celebrate our teams’ talents but also showcase the inspiring, collaborative environment that makes careers in residential care both fulfilling and fun.
